100% 502 super glue(cyanoacrylate adhesive) has high viscosity applying to general use widely such as rubber,plastic,wood,etc.
Application:
both surfaces must be smooth, clear and dry, apply to one surface only one drop per square inch and no more, place in fixed position immediately, apply slight pressure for a while till bond sets.
